At Here To Stay Properties, when an Investor shows interest in our services the first thing we do is go through a process where we find out their wants, needs, there financial status as well as a few other fundamentals to ensure both parties are on the same page. This way we can ensure a smooth process.

THE PROCESS

INITIAL PHONE CALL

During the Initial conversation we will find out what service/s the potential clients requires and go through the ways in which we can help them reach their desired goal.

FOLLOW UP EMAIL

We will send a follow up email outlining what we discussed as well as send over a copy of our company Terms and Conditions.

FINANCIAL VERIFICATION

This is a very important step where we will ask our new potential client tp verify there income. We do this to ensure they are able to pay the sourcing fees and they also have the money for the investment.

INVESTMENT PLANNING

During this time we will meet up face to face or over a Zoom call and get down on paper exactly what the client wants. The client could want us to source one property or want us to help them build a brand new property portfolio. This is the part of the process where we get down to the nitty gritty.

SIGNING OF CONTRACTS AND PAYMENT OF FEES

This is part of the process is where we sign the Sourcing Contract and NDA's. To ensure both parties are covered legally. Once contracts are signed the initial fees will be paid and then the search will begin.

THE SEARCH BEGINS

At this point in the process a Sourcer who is best suited for the the clients investment needs will start the property/land search.

They will do everything necessary to find an appropriate property/ land for our Investor.
